🌳 High-Quality, Soft Material: our bed mat is made of a thin, soft, and conductive vegan leather that is infused with carbon, a non-toxic natural material which makes the mat conductive and gives it earthing properties once connected to a grounded electrical outlet. This mat’s dimensions are 68x180cm, suitable for the width of a queen bed.
🌳 Is Earthing Real? Yes! Scientific studies have shown that coming directly into contact with the earth, for example by standing barefoot on a lawn, helps reduce inflammation, pain, and stress, and improve circulation, sleep quality, and energy. However, nowadays we hardly ever touch the earth directly. Earthing mats solve this problem by acting as an extension of the earth—using a conductive material to connect through the grounded wire of an electrical socket to the earth. This connection allows free electrons from the earth to be transferred onto our bodies, having an anti-oxidative effect. We have personally used these products and found them to work.
🌳 Set-Up: snap the grounding cord onto the mat, and plug the other end of the cord into the grounding socket of an electrical outlet. Each of our products comes with an adapter (if needed) suitable for earthing in your country, as well as a nylon-encased 4.6m black earthing cord. Our earthing cords are engineered to have 100k ohms of resistance, providing safety against accidental shocks, while still enabling earthing.
🌳 Use: this mat is commonly placed width-wise on a bed, with contact against bare legs while sleeping. As long as any bare skin is in contact with it, earthing will be in effect.
🌳 Care Instructions: our bed mat can be machine-washed on delicate setting. Ironing is not necessary.
